ReDesign Consultation & Services

Resdesign services are for the homeowner that is considering changing the look and feel of a home or simply in a creative rut.  A redesign consultation will allow us to see your space from a different prospective and present ideas that will make your home one to be proud of.

The consultation begins with an in-home evaluation to assess your individual needs.  This is the client's opportunity to share decorating dilemmas, budget constraints, must-have's and don'ts. 

An Interior ReDesign can give your home a whole new look without buying anything new. Using your existing furnishings, Andern Design can breathe new life into a space you thought was hopeless.

On the day of your ReDesign, you will leave the home so you will be amazed at the transformation upon your return. While you are out, Andern Design will rearrange your furniture, reposition accessories, and adjust artwork. You may ask Andern Design to purchase and incorporate new accessories for your space if your budget permits.

If you are selling a property, a Residential Staging® Consultation Report will tell you in detail how much should be done before presenting the property to home buyers.  The goal of Staging® is to depersonalize and declutter, allowing buyers to see a property without without distractions.  A Realtor can be present while we take a detailed look at the home from a buyer’s perspective and discuss how the recommended changes can  make a dramatic impact – getting the property sold quickly and for top market value.  Thinking of the home as a product and marketing it as such will ensure buyers see themselves living there.

The consultation will take approximately 30 minutes during which the redesigner will walk around the exterior and interior of the home, taking notes and photographs.  At the follow-up meeting, a comprehensive illustrated report for recommended changes will be presented and discussed.  Questions about the consultation and report can be addressed at this time.   A deadline for completion will be set so the redesigner can complete a final "fine tuning" of the property before it is marketed and placed on MLS. 

Depending on the scope of the report, you may decide to request a bid for Staging® Services at any time. 

Kitchen & Bath Design Services

Andern Design can either simply provide recommendations or supervise your remodel project to completion, including fielding bids from contractors and consulting on selection, design, and purchase of:

• Countertops, Backsplashes & Flooring
• Appliances and Plumbing Fixtures
• Accessories, Lighting, and Hardware

Whether you are thinking of selling or nesting, investing in a property will bring satisfying results.  A Remodel Consultation can get you on the right track to a beautiful and functional space.  It is important to discuss your desires and requirements for the remodel project, including budget and time frame with an experienced project manager.  Once your expectations are clear, the design plan and selection of materials can begin.
